My purpose is to have the most positive impact that I can on people’s life.
I can help you to be fitter, to lose weight and give you nutritional advice.
This is not only about looking nice and have a six-pack! This also covers performance, mindset, motivation and lifestyle.
I am passionate about helping people to find the right balance, understanding how to eat, feeling better and motivated to reach their goals.
During the past few years, I helped many friends and family members, so now that I have my Personal Trainer certificate, I am taking this forward in a professional environment.

I will adapt it to your situation, the material you use and the location you want to workout. Flexibility is really important to me so I believe that it might be the same for you.

Changing diet, building new habits and stepping out of our comfort zone can be hard and frustrating. Slowly, we will build new healthy habits and erase the bad ones. It won’t be restrictive and we will find alternatives, then you won’t feel frustrated.

Pandemic, lockdown, no swimming pools, no gyms, stress and anxiety, less people to see, gaining weight and so on. I think you can relate. I was skeptical with the idea of starting an online workout programme. How is that going? Well, it saved my health, body and mind.
